  • Customer: Refers to the company, organization, or person that signs up to use the Pokiddo Service to manage relationships with consumers or service users.
  • Device: Any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or other device that can be used to visit Pokiddo and use the services.
  • Service: Refers to the service provided by Pokiddo as described in the relevant terms (if available) and on this platform.
  • You: A person or entity that is registered with Pokiddo to use the Services.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Pokiddo. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products and services we offer. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Pokiddo. By placing an order or making a purchase at Pokiddo, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Pokiddo’s Privacy Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product or service you bought, or if you are not satisfied with it, you have 2 weeks to request a refund and return your product or service.

Return Guidelines

  • The product must be in the original packaging that it was delivered in.
  • No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased online.
  • Pokiddo takes no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.
  • Transfer to an alternative event must be requested onsite. Any difference in purchase price must be paid, but no refund will be given for a lower priced activity.

Refunds

At Pokiddo, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products. Every product you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with the utmost care to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

However, there may be situations where the product you selected is unavailable or issues arise during inventory or quality checks. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed in advance so you do not have to worry about your order.

If your purchase was made using an online payment method (not Cash on Delivery), the refund will be processed once our team confirms your request.

We carry out strict quality checks before dispatching any product. While we ensure safe packaging, Pokiddo is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping or transportation.

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the return guidelines, we will proceed with issuing your refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.

The above refund policy does not apply to Park Tickets.

Shipping

Pokiddo is not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping charges. Even if the item originally had free shipping, the customer must cover the shipping cost for returns.

By using our website or app, registering an account, or making a purchase, you consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
