Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times unless otherwise specified.
Parents/guardians remain fully responsible for the child’s behavior and safety during the visit.
Our trained team members are present to guide safe play and assist when needed, but they do not replace parental supervision.
Children should use age-appropriate play zones and equipment only.
Running, pushing, or unsafe behavior that may harm others is strictly prohibited.
Socks or required safety gear must be worn in designated play areas.
Follow all posted instructions and staff guidance for each attraction.
Play areas and equipment are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Children who are unwell or showing contagious symptoms should not enter the play zones.
Food and drinks may be restricted in certain areas to maintain hygiene and safety.
Play equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
Any damage caused due to misuse or negligence may be chargeable.
Report spills, hazards, or concerns immediately to our staff.
Pokiddo Kuwait maintains clear emergency procedures and trained staff readiness.
Entry and exit areas are monitored for child safety and security.
In case of emergency, please follow staff instructions calmly and promptly.
