These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with the Pokiddo website or mobile application (the “Service”) operated by AQ Global Co. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
All participants must sign or have signed on their behalf the Pokiddo Waiver. The waiver for participants under 16 years old must be signed by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age.
Participants and their guardians accept that activities at Pokiddo may involve risk that may result in injury. Pokiddo does not assess the participant’s health status before allowing entry. Participants or their parent/guardian are expected to take responsibility and self-assess.
Pokiddo takes no responsibility for incidents occurring due to participants not following facility and activity rules. Pokiddo also takes no responsibility for the supervision or care of children outside the boundaries of the activity they are participating in.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in Kuwaiti Dinars.
If you wish to purchase any product or service through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain information including your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or payment method used in connection with a purchase and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.
Park tickets and helium balloons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Pokiddo takes no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.
Customers may receive offers for referring new users who complete a purchase. The offer will be credited as cashback in the customer’s wallet and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
If the referred customer cancels or returns their order, Pokiddo reserves the right to reverse the cashback reward.
We continually update product and service information. However, there may occasionally be inaccuracies related to pricing, product descriptions, availability, or other information. Pokiddo reserves the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
If you wish to delete your personal data from our systems, please email your request to privacy@Pokiddokw.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
After verifying your identity, we will process your request within 14 business days and send confirmation once deletion is completed.
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to claims of copyright infringement. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact info@Pokiddokw.com with details of the alleged infringement.
The Service and all its content, features and functionality remain the exclusive property of AQ Global Co. and its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by AQ Global Co. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
AQ Global Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from the use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the order is dispatched. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
